The City of Missouri is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive website redesign and development services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The project aims to deliver a visually appealing, user-friendly homepage and a consistent, intuitive user experience across the site. The design must be mobile-first and fully responsive, ensuring accessibility on all devices. Navigation should be clear, and a robust search feature is required, which must allow users to efficiently search the entire site or within specific sections without integrating with Google search.

On the technical side, the website must be compatible with all modern browsers and mobile devices. Administrators should be able to manage content through a browser-based interface, including the ability to update, delete, and create content from any device with internet access. The system should support user-friendly vanity URLs, enabling content editors to organize, modify, and search for short URLs efficiently, as well as set up approvals for these links where necessary.
