(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign and ADA accessibility compliance implementation service using CMS. – Redesign website to improve usability, transparency, and responsiveness. – Conduct a full accessibility audit of current website. – Redesign and remediate content to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. – Provide documentation of accessibility testing, including both automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies. – Ensure all public–facing documents (meeting agendas, minutes, reports, forms) are accessible or remediated into compliant formats. – Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard sensitive information, while maintaining public transparency requirements. – Ensure accessibility across devices and platforms, including mobile and tablets. – Deploy a government–ready CMS that allows agency staff to: o Publish content easily; o Maintain ADA compliance; and o Support records retention and public disclosure requirements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
