A consultancy is being sought to provide comprehensive website project management services focused on streamlining workflows, conducting a detailed content audit, and implementing technical improvements to support a significant content reduction and reorganization initiative.

Key responsibilities include working closely with web administrators, communication teams, and directorate focal points to refine editorial workflows, enhance governance processes, and address technical needs. The selected consultant will audit both technical and editorial aspects of the website, classify existing content for retention, simplification, migration, or deletion, and analyze current workflows for inefficiencies and areas requiring enhancement.

The scope also encompasses the creation of a project sitemap, development of a website simplification plan, and formulation of a clear roadmap for the project. Additionally, the consultant will establish governance guidelines, coordinate training and informational sessions for backend contributors, and lead the implementation of content reorganization. The main objective is to reduce the number of public-facing website pages from approximately 1,500 to around 500 and update the remaining content to reflect the agency's current priorities, supported by targeted technical improvements.
