Vendor needs to provide website modernization service using CMS. A contractor is needed to replace its existing ColdFusion–based website with a modern, secure, and fully accessible content management system (CMS). The work should result in a modern, user–friendly, and fully accessible website that replaces the existing ColdFusion–based site. The platform must address known vulnerabilities associated with outdated ColdFusion code by transitioning to a modern, secure CMS architecture. The CMS must allow non–technical staff to update, create, and publish content without requiring specialized coding skills, reducing dependency on developers for routine changes. It should support a role–based workflow system that enables differentiated permissions such as content authors, editors, and approvers, ensuring that content undergoes appropriate review and approval stages before publication. The site should adapt seamlessly to phones, tablets, and desktop devices, ensuring access across a wide range of screen sizes and connection speeds. The design and functionality must remove existing accessibility barriers, ensuring equal access for all users, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. The contract period will be for one year.
