Intelligent, user-friendly search functionality is essential, with existing use of Google Custom Search Engine requiring demonstrable expertise. Website designs should ensure HTML, CSS, and JS compatibility while minimizing duplication of files and libraries. Solutions must accommodate multi-lingual contexts, offering features such as language switching, content attribute assignment for multi-language pages, and dynamic adjustments in menus and titling.

All digital assets must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, gracefully degrading on older browsers and devices, and maintained for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
