Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website migration services, coupled with ongoing support and modernization for a term of five years. The scope of work includes migrating the existing website to a single technology platform such as WordPress or Drupal, hosted on Azure Cloud resources, with an emphasis on delivering a seamless, modern, and user-centered experience.

The selected provider will offer ongoing website support and maintenance, including proactive monitoring, regular site health checks, and prompt application of software updates, security patches, and code vulnerability fixes. Defined service-level agreements will govern response and resolution times, and thorough documentation of systems and processes will be maintained.

Additionally, the vendor will deliver development services utilizing front-end and back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, CSS, and JavaScript. Design services will encompass information architecture, content modeling, CMS design, user experience and content design, as well as prototyping and testing. The successful proponent will also advise on best practices for website design and enable data-driven decision-making by integrating scalable analytics and performance tracking tools.
