(1) Vendor needs to provide website migration services includes ongoing support services and potentially other larger phase two website transformation and modernization initiatives– Perform website migration services, ongoing support services and potentially other larger ‘Phase Two’ website transformation and modernization initiatives• Proponent will be expected to– Advise on best practices for aligning website design to a single technology platform (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal) on Azure Cloud hosted resources to deliver a seamless, modern, and user–centered experience– Enable data–driven decision–making through the integration of scalable analytics tools and performance tracking capabilities• Ongoing Website Support and Maintenance– Proactive monitoring and regular site health checks– Defined service–level agreements for response and resolution times.– Promptly apply core website and plugin updates, code vulnerability and security patches, along with testing for stability.– Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.• Development Services– The service provider will be responsible for the following, including front and back–end capabilities in PHP, Python, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern web languages and technologies• Design Services– Information architecture, content modelling and CMS design– Design research and synthesis– User experience (UX) and content design– Sketching, wireframing, and/or mid–fidelity testing (alpha prototyping)(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
