(1) Vendor needs to provide website migration service using Drupal CMS. This migration to the new website is necessary as Drupal 7 is end of life, and moving to Mukurtu 4 or Drupal 11 would improve performance and long–term sustainability of the website. Migration of all content, media, metadata, cultural protocols and TK Labels, user roles, and workflows. Custom feature reconstruction including website theming, custom map views and workflow approval processes. Ensuring continuity of service and minimal disruption throughout the migration process. Website theming and interface reconstruction within the selected platform. Ensure data integrity throughout the migration. Validation of migrated content for completeness and accuracy. Export of all content, media, metadata, and protocol settings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 25th, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
