(1) Vendor needs to provide website migration service using content management system to migrate its current SharePoint platform to a different web hosting solution. 1. Migration: Migrate the existing Thp.ca website to a modernized infrastructure. Ensure accurate transfer of all content, documents, and media. 2. Modern CMS Deployment: Implement a user–friendly Content Management System. Support role–based access for content authors and approvers. 3. Design & Accessibility: Deliver a modern, responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and requirements. 4. Search & Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement advanced search capabilities. Configure SEO best practices, including XML sitemap generation and metadata management. 5. Security & Hosting: Host the website in a secure, scalable environment compliant. Ensure compliance with Privacy and Security Guidelines. 6. Content Migration & Cleanup: Inventory existing content. Migrate and validate content, addressing broken links and accessibility issues. 7. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training for content authors and administrators. Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer sessions for ongoing maintenance. 8. Post–Launch Support: Offer monitoring, performance optimization, and –backed uptime.
