Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to migrate its existing SharePoint-based website (Thp.ca) to a modern content management system (CMS). The selected vendor will oversee the end-to-end migration, ensuring the accurate transfer of all content, documents, and media to a new, secure, and scalable web hosting solution.

The project includes implementing a user-friendly CMS that supports role-based access, enabling efficient content management for authors and approvers. The vendor will deliver a modern, responsive website design optimized for both desktop and mobile, while ensuring adherence to accessibility standards and best practices.

Additional responsibilities include integrating advanced search capabilities, configuring SEO features such as XML sitemap generation and metadata management, and hosting the website in alignment with privacy and security guidelines. The vendor will conduct a full inventory and cleanup of existing content, address broken links and accessibility issues, and provide comprehensive training and documentation for content authors and administrators.

Following the launch, the vendor will offer monitoring, performance optimization, uptime support, incident response, and technical assistance to support a successful transition and ongoing website maintenance.
