(1) Vendor needs to provide website migration, development and support services using Umbraco CMS. – Execute a critical digital transformation initiative that will re–platform our existing website from the legacy Umbraco Content Management Systems (CMS) to a robust, scalable, and future–proof modern CMS equivalent. – Transfer of the existing website's structure, content library, functionality, and design integrity to the new modern environment. – Successful partner will be responsible for two core areas: 1. Migration and Re–platforming: Complete, secure migration of the entire website from the existing Umbraco CMS to the selected target platform. Ensuring no loss of existing content, functionality, or data during the transfer. 2. Ongoing Support & Maintenance – Content Transfer: Migration of all existing website content (pages, posts, images, documents, downloadable files, news articles) from the Umbraco database to the new CMS database. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
