DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide website management, maintenance, development, and digital services using content management systems (CMS) for its existing website properties and digital experiences. Services will include digital support, analytics and reporting, accessibility, privacy and security support, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), governance, integrations, and related website services.

The vendor will design, develop, update, maintain, and optimize website pages, landing pages, microsites, digital assets, and related content. Front-end and CMS development will include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, performance optimization, mobile compatibility, Core Web Vitals, image optimization, and browser compatibility. The vendor will also provide quality assurance testing across devices, browsers, operating systems, and accessibility technologies before production deployment.

Additional responsibilities may include supporting third-party and enterprise integrations such as appointment scheduling systems, CRM platforms, analytics tools, forms, APIs, EMR-related integrations, and search functionality. The vendor may also manage or support domains, DNS, SSL certificates, hosting environments, deployment workflows, security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, malware scanning, remediation, content governance, multilingual functionality, translation workflows, and technical documentation.
