The selected vendor will be responsible for handling ongoing web updates, design modifications, and enhancement of the existing website to ensure optimal performance and usability.

A key component of this project includes migrating all active and inactive web pages, functionalities, media assets, and integrations to a WordPress platform using Elementor. The migration must replicate the current site structure and design, while minimizing downtime and maintaining uninterrupted service throughout the transition. In addition to technical migration, the vendor will provide graphic and video design services for various website elements such as artist graphics, page banners, and headers.

Further responsibilities include conducting user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) planning and testing, offering content strategy consultation, and implementing robust SEO practices. The vendor must also provide and maintain secure website hosting, including SSL certificates, with measures in place to ensure reliable performance and protection from malicious activity.
