(1) Vendor needs to provide website maintenance using WordPress CMS, social media management and content creation service. • Social Media Management:– Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook– Create, schedule, and publish posts that highlight tourism, local businesses, and events.– Provide limited photography, videography, and graphic design services as needed.• Website Maintenance and Content– Maintain WordPress CMS, including security patches, plugin/theme updates, and compliance with best practices.– Post new content (articles, event updates, business spotlights, etc.) in a timely manner, coordinating with agency staff for approvals and input.– Ensure website accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO optimization.• Content Creation:– Develop engaging copy, graphics, and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.– Leverage agency–owned videos, photos, and graphic collateral to maximize efficiency and brand consistency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
