(1) Vendor needs to provide website maintenance and support services. • Core Upgrades & Patching: Regular updates to the core framework and all associated modules to ensure stability and security. • Module & Extension Support: Compatibility validation, updates, and troubleshooting for all third–party and custom modules. • Theme/Skin Management: Maintenance, customization, and modernization of site skins to support branding and enhance user experience management, and vulnerability scanning. • Performance Optimization: Database tuning, caching configuration, and load–balancing improvements to maintain optimal site performance. • Content & User Management Support: Assistance with role–based permissions, workflow configuration, and content management processes. • Hosting & Server Support: Optimization and maintenance of IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments supporting installation. • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Scheduled backups, integrity verification, and routine disaster–recovery testing to ensure data resilience. • Helpdesk & Support: Support services governed by defined SLAs for response and resolution times. • Compliance: Ensuring the website adheres to current accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. • High Availability Requirements: Maintaining a fully redundant, high availability environment to ensure continuous up time (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
