The selected provider will be responsible for managing all aspects of website support, including ongoing WordPress maintenance, building new pages, expanding features, and offering engineering and migration support. Additional responsibilities include providing content assistance, conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and implementing design updates, as well as addressing other website-related requests as they arise.

The vendor will be expected to deliver robust hosting and server management solutions, which include provisioning dedicated virtual machines for each website, maintaining web application firewalls for enhanced security, and supplying a custom administrative user interface. This interface should facilitate the management of VMs, DNS settings, analytics, and backups. Essential server tools such as caching, staging site management, and backup controls will also be required. The contract for these services will span one year.
