The client seeks a qualified vendor to provide managed website hosting services utilizing the Drupal Content Management System. The solution must feature an enterprise-level datacenter backend and guarantee a minimum 99.95% uptime. The hosting service should fully support modern web browsers—Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox—on releases after 2021, with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
The provider must confirm support for Single Sign-On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) via SAML 2.0 or OIDC. Information regarding named user accounts for managing the Drupal environment is required. The vendor must ensure dedicated support staff are available 24/7 year-round (365/24/7).
All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 23, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years.
