A government entity in Ireland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website hosting and support services for sites built on the Joomla content management system. The scope includes the provision, installation, and commissioning of a new cloud-based platform, as well as the migration of all existing web services to the organization's current MS365 tenancy.

The project also encompasses support for hardware such as laptops, screens, network devices, WiFi, and web access. User management will be facilitated via Azure Entra for both internal and external users, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (EMS and Intune) will be utilized to secure and configure Windows 11 and iOS devices. The selected vendor must offer 24/7 support access through phone, website, and mobile application channels.
