(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting and support services using Joomla based content management system.– Provision, installation and commissioning of a new cloud–based platform– Migration of all existing services to existing MS365 tenancy– Laptops, screens, network devices, WiFi and Web access– User Management: Azure Entra for all users (Internal and external)– Microsoft Endpoint Manager (EMS and Intune) is used to secure and configure, Windows 11 and iOS Devices– Ability to log a support call 24/7 (via phone, website and mobile application)(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
