DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website hosting and digital marketing services. The selected provider will deliver website hosting with uncapped bandwidth for two sites, perform security updates at least twice monthly, and manage multiple domain registrations and annual renewals.

The scope includes a minimum of 20 hours per month of technical assistance and website updates, coordinate graphic design for workforce development initiatives, and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as needed. Additionally, the vendor will execute one paid digital advertising campaign each month upon request.

Marketing and content services encompass weekly management and updates of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram pages, as well as original content writing for the website and social media. This includes two to four posts per month, approximately 250 words each, developed in collaboration with the client's team. The contract also covers photography and videography at events for five to ten hours per month, with editing services for online use.
