The vendor will provide enterprise licensing and support for a website serving metro staff involved in permitting. The enterprise license must provide access without per-user or per-seat fees and include a research assistant, application assistant, underlying knowledge base, and staff-facing chat and email assistants where applicable to covered workflows.
