Vendor needs to provide Website enterprise advanced annual user licenses services. Provide the referenced package of Box.com Enterprise Advanced Licenses annual licenses via account activation immediately after purchase, but within 1 business day (24 hours) after purchase. Licenses shall support secure file storage, role–based access control, audit logging, versioning, external sharing controls, mobile and web–based access, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID for single sign–on (SSO) and multi–factor authentication (MFA) or other system. Associate the account with a dc.gov email address that is given permission to administer the account. Incorporate all setup costs, including any one–time fees, in the cost for base period licenses.
