The new CMS-based website must support both district-wide and individual school calendars, offer a searchable and filterable staff directory, and include an emergency alert system capable of displaying pop-up banners for events such as snow days and lockdowns.

The solution must integrate with existing tools where possible, including Google Workspace, social media feeds, and Parent Square. Additionally, the hosting environment and CMS are required to automatically handle updates and security patches to ensure ongoing site reliability and security.

The project also involves migrating essential content from the current website—such as board policies, current news entries, and the basic page structure—while archiving or removing obsolete information. The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
