(1) Vendor needs to provide website development services using content management system.– District–wide and school–specific calendars.– Staff directory with search and filter capabilities.– Emergency alert system (pop–up banners for snow days/lockdowns).– Integration with existing tools (Google Workspace, Social Media feeds, Parent Square) where possible.– The hosting and CMS must handle updates and security patches automatically.– Migration of essential content from the current site (board policies, current news, basic page structure).– Archive or removal of outdated data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
