An organization in Nebraska is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive website development services, including a complete website redesign and deployment. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching a modern and culturally aligned website on a secure, recommended content management system such as WordPress or Drupal.

The scope of work involves an in-depth review of the current website's structure, content, and underlying technology, as well as strategic information architecture planning. The vendor will provide user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and tailored to the needs of diverse user groups. The new website must incorporate tribal branding, imagery, and cultural elements, and meet ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Additional requirements include integration of dynamic content—such as news, events, programs, and services—an internal search function, secure contact forms, and optional member portal features. The vendor will manage the migration of existing content, development of new page templates, quality assurance testing across multiple browsers and devices, and the final website launch. A comprehensive post-launch support plan is also expected.
