Services must encompass ongoing website maintenance, technical support, and new development to keep the website secure, fully functional, accessible, and responsive to the needs of both the public and staff.

The contractor will maintain and enhance the WordPress-based platform by ensuring cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and strict adherence to applicable accessibility standards (such as ADA compliance). Responsibilities include content management, website security, customization, feature development, and microsite integration, while upholding branding and design standards. The firm must also manage website infrastructure, provide analytics and performance reporting, support digital public engagement tools, and deliver advanced search and SEO functionalities. Ownership of all website code and data remains with the client, and the vendor should bring forward recommendations for ongoing innovation throughout the three-year contract period.
