(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and support using WordPress CMS.– Responsible for the further development of all existing websites mainly WordPress and 1 Drupal website, these are both hosted on–premise and cloud hosted.– Migration of sites from other CMS Platforms to WordPress when necessary.– Successful tender will be responsible for the development, support, hosting and maintenance for all the websites currently under the remit of the department.– Current hosting infrastructure is a virtualised environment, with two firewalls and two web application firewalls clustered.– Virtual webservers are Linux based, using Apache, PHP and WordPress.– Present the Departments websites are configured to use Google Analytics and Acquia to generate detailed traffic and usage statistics.– Some sites are using PHP Elastic Search for its searching facility.– currently have 1 website hosted on AWS, this has 2 CPU cores with 8 GB of RAM. It’s currently using 50GB of storage with 155GB usable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
