(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and maintenance service. Agency seeks to implement a modern, user-centered web platform that effectively informs and engages the community. The new website should embody a modern and visually appealing design that reflects the office’s identity, values, and commitment to excellence. The desired platform must feature a clean, user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation for both desktop and mobile users, flexible layout options for sharing key information and updates, and ensure clear vendor communication and reasonable responsiveness during the project lifecycle. The website must be fully responsive, functioning seamlessly on a wide range of devices and screen sizes, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The website should be intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing visitors to find information quickly and efficiently. The website must adhere to applicable accessibility standards, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), to ensure accessibility to individuals with disabilities. The design and development should follow a mobile–first approach, prioritizing the mobile user experience. The website should also feature a visually appealing design, and basic interactive features such as contact forms and document access to enhance engagement and user participation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on March 3, 2026.
