Vendor needs to provide website develop, implement and update service. The Contractor shall create, develop, implement, and update effective websites. The Contractor shall also develop an application form and portal suitable for posting on the websites. Both websites will provide a toll-free telephone number and an email address for questions to be answered by the Contractor. Each individual application (web form) shall be extractable as an individual report. The Contractor website shall adhere to DoD website guidance. The Contractor shall develop, design, and produce multimedia content to support the internship programs, including marketing videos, web content, podcasts/interviews, social media campaigns, and other promotional materials. The Contractor shall provide commercially available approved virtual platform(s) to facilitate virtual internships on an as needed basis. The website shall include but is not limited to following webpages and capabilities: Online resources for students, teachers and parents with search tool and filter capabilities; Calendar of events with search tool and filter capabilities; List of Stakeholder Organizations and associated facilities that can also be viewed as a map with search tool and filter capabilities; List of volunteer opportunities that include a description and eligibility with search tool and Filter capabilities; Video libraries; Document libraries, e.g. publicly, available reports, brochures, flyers; Blogs; Spotlighted alumni and professionals; Our partners, e.g. information about grantees including abstracts; Asset libraries, e.g. logos, photos; Social media presence, e.g. email, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
