(1) Vendor needs to provide website develop, hosting and management consultant service. • Internet interfacing, web site maintenance and upgrading, hardware and software installation and firewall installation and updating, email monitoring, and web content monitoring. • Web Site including a comprehensive set of links, municipal code and formal meeting applications and other comprehensive services includes community events and calendars. • These regular Web Site services shall include hosting, updating all web site content and maintaining a high–quality web using best practices. • This includes installation of software and hardware necessary to provide uninterrupted web service. • Web and internet integrity are of the upmost importance. • The Web Site Manager shall develop a method of monitoring employees’ internet usage and, further, develop a method for limiting access to non–approved sites.
