Vendor needs to provide website design, upgrade, implementation, migration and maintenance service using Drupal content Management Systems. Update the website and provide ongoing maintenance support to the agency with CMS maintenance, accessibility compliance, security monitoring in accordance with District and website standards. Support periodic design and theme updates. Provide continual support and maintenance of the website (to include functionality, stability, accessibility, and security standards at all times). Implement WCAG 2.2 for the Website and ensure continuous compliance (specifically the 508 and ADA compliance components). Maintain, patch, and update the website’s content management system (currently Drupal 10), including modules, themes, and core version upgrades. Transition the Website from Drupal 10 to Drupal 11, consistent with the district’s migration plan and guidance. Provide design and interface updates, including layout adjustments, typography improvements, and color palette refinements consistent with the brand while maintaining independent identity. Ensure all public content (PDFs, images, reports) meet accessibility tagging and metadata requirements.
