The selected vendor will provide website design services utilizing a Content Management System (CMS), specifically on the Webflow platform. The new website must be user-friendly and capable of displaying large amounts of dynamic and constantly changing information tailored to key audiences.

Key requirements include the development of a responsive type scale defining font families, sizes, line heights, and letter spacing for all use cases. A comprehensive style guide must be delivered, covering typography, color palette, and iconography, along with a library of reusable Webflow components to support site construction and future page creation. The site must be fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to all common screen sizes, and utilize Webflow CMS Collections for dynamic content management. The scope also includes UI/UX and graphic design services, as well as the development of website layouts.

All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 2, 2026. The anticipated contract period is one year.
