The state of California is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive website design and content management services for a municipal website redesign project. The new website must be converted to a .gov domain and feature a modern, responsive design that prioritizes mobile web implementation, intuitive user experience, and accessibility compliance with ADA and all other applicable government website regulations.

Key requirements include seamless integration of multilingual translation features, a content management system utilizing current best practices, and migration of only relevant content from the existing website. The vendor will also assess content migration complexity, estimate required departmental staff hours for content review, and provide comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
