(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services and content management service. • The new website must be converted to a .gov domain. • The municipal website shall include modern design concepts with focus on mobile web implementation. • Offer an intuitive user interface. • Seamlessly integrate language translations. • Meet ADA and all other applicable legal requirements for government websites. – Content Migration: Migrate only relevant content from the current site. – The new website must consist of modern design concepts, offer an intuitive user interface, seamlessly integrate language translations, and meet ADA and all other applicable legal requirements for government websites. • Implement a responsive and mobile–friendly site architecture using modern design principles and current usability best practices. • Provide six (6–8) primary departmental landing pages (Department headers) with clear dropdown navigation for subpages. • Integrate a robust, intuitive search function capable of indexing all site content, including PDFs and embedded documents. • Provide a content management system software that is up to date. • Ensure the website has multilingual translation capabilities pursuant to city policies, industry standards, best practices and required by law. • Provide support customer service, online services (including third party integrations), and citizen engagement tools. – Vendor must provide: Complete inventory of all current website pages (keep/archive/delete), Document Centre audit: inventory all PDFs with accessibility status, broken link report for entire site, current third–party integration inventory, accessibility violation report, site analytics summary if agency provides Google Analytics access, content migration complexity assessment by content type, estimated staff hours required for content review by department, risk assessment and mitigation strategies. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
