Integration of forms for contact or inquiries and a direct email plug-in is required.

The vendor will implement an events calendar with participant submission, a locality review and approval workflow, and AI integration is preferred. The solution should feature an interactive locality map with icons linked to key tourism spots, social media integration displaying content via hashtags, and robust audio/video capabilities. Additional requirements include a responsive trip planner, push messaging, daily content synchronization (with a preference for updates every four hours), and options for custom curated tours. The system should also support locality-driven check-ins or passport features. While third-party plugins may be used within the CMS, all development and maintenance of the mobile application must be performed by the contractor using in-house resources. Ongoing maintenance and support are expected for both the website and mobile application.
