The selected vendor will be responsible for developing custom applications, providing ongoing site maintenance, and ensuring secure server hosting in a data center with 24/7 monitored servers and support via telephone and a ticketing system. The website must support a range of connection speeds, include extensive site search capabilities (including PDF indexing), and facilitate the integration of accessible content and accessibility checks within the CMS workflow. Additional requirements include compatibility with all major browsers and devices, text-only alternatives for all pages, and support for features such as podcasts, chatbots, social media integration, and streaming video.

This contract is for a period of one year, and all questions related to the project must be submitted by December 8, 2025.
