Bold Athletics is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive website design, development, implementation, and migration services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The objective is to establish a unified, accessible, and brand-consistent digital home that effectively supports communication, promotion, engagement, recruitment, and operational requirements.
The new website will address the needs of both external users—including recruits, fans, alumni, media, and sponsors—as well as internal stakeholders such as athletics staff, coaches, and student–athletes. Key features will include robust web performance optimization to ensure the site loads quickly, is highly responsive, and delivers a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. A user-friendly CMS must empower staff to easily update content, while ongoing support options should be provided. The scope also encompasses setting up and maintaining an online service platform and mobile application with parallel functionality.
The selected vendor will manage the migration of existing content, outlining a clear process for transferring materials from the current website. Integration capabilities should allow for content aggregation from channels like Instagram and YouTube. The project requires strong SEO implementation, including the use of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other optimization tools. Additional functionality involves a landing page featuring video content and links to both athletics and recreation sites, print page options, comprehensive search capabilities, and enhanced delivery and archival of game schedules, rosters, bios, statistics, news, and media. The contract period is for three years.
