(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, implementation, migration services using content management system.– Website is to create a unified, accessible and brand–consistent digital home for Bold athletics that supports communication, promotion, engagement, recruitment, and operational needs.– Website serves external users such as recruits, fans, alumni, media and sponsors. Internal users include athletics staff, coaches and student–athletes.– Web Performance Optimization (WPO), fast, smooth, and reliable for users; loads quickly, feels responsive and smooth when users interact, delivers reliably, minimizes wasted resources and enhances performance.– User–friendly content management system for staff to update content and ongoing supportOptions.– Setup and operation of an online service platform and mobile application with related functionality desktop, tablet and mobile optimization.– Migration of Content– Successful Proponent to provide detailed process for transferring content from the current site to the new one.– Ability to aggregate from Social media i.e. Instagram, YouTube, etc. for upload to home page.– SEO enabled– incorporate Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and SEO.– Landing page to contain video – plus links to both athletics and recreation sites.– Print page function built into CSS.– Provide search capability, search feature so visitors can easily find content.– Enhanced content delivery for game schedules, rosters, bios, stats, news, and media and archive capability for each.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
