The client seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website services including design, development, hosting, operations, maintenance, and support utilizing the Drupal content management system. The website features an interactive map with multiple information layers such as traffic, transit, carpool, and biking data, some of which are presented in real-time. Additional functionalities include real-time traveler alerts and resources for an open data program supporting private sector use.

The current Google map integration, served via API and leveraging both static and real-time data, will be discontinued as part of the upcoming website redesign. The new map will be developed using OpenStreetMap. Real-time elements of the website are managed through a customized SaaS API Gateway product built on the platform. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing these features and ensuring seamless integration with real-time data systems.
