(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting, migration, testing and confirmation service using WordPress content management system. • Host the county’s website and provide continued website support. • Website meets usability standards, offers intuitive user experience, maintains industry standards and is optimized for user interaction, by utilizing available tools for a high–performing website. • Creating responsive web pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) with past case studies and examples • Migration testing & confirmation of existing website properties from current production infrastructure onto new hosting services with as little downtime as possible in a coordinated fashion. • Provide production and non–production environments to support changes such as upgrades or large website asset changes • Provide website availability service level guarantees for website excluding planned maintenance. • Ability to configure website log entries, revision control, for troubleshooting purposes • Integrating SEO and SEM analytics data • Ability to migrate and operate the County's existing public website using existing infrastructure including WordPress 6.8.3 site running a custom theme with plug–ins or equivalent alternatives. • Required WordPress plugins that are currently documented as required to operate the site’s functionality. • Provisioning of non–production and production environments with the ability to replicate to and from • Provide as–built hosting documentation to validate it meets current and potential growth • Maintain responsive website pages with support for custom content types, flexible page–builder pages, email/registration forms, interactive design elements, embedded videos, filtering and sorting. • Maintain G4A connection and reporting including maintaining Google Tag Manager usage.
