A college in Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive website services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The scope includes website design, development, modernization, hosting, migration, and ongoing support. The selected vendor will collaborate with the institution to create a modernized design that enhances user experience, accessibility, and site performance while preserving existing branding, structure, and visual identity.

The project involves implementing new design components and modern templates tailored for higher education, as well as building and configuring global features such as headers, footers, and navigation structures. The redesigned site must be fully responsive and compatible with recent versions of leading browsers. Additional functionality includes scripts for displaying calendar events, news article management, seamless integration of the CMS calendar with the college’s Presence platform, and complete migration of content to the new site.

Ongoing support is a critical component, including web-based training, access to online resources such as an LMS, online support center, community network, reference guides, and short video tutorials. The CMS will be hosted in a cloud environment with 24/7 monitored servers, supported by dedicated teams to address CMS and production web server issues.
