A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website services encompassing design, development, hosting, implementation, migration, maintenance, and support, with a focus on WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The successful provider will be responsible for designing and launching a new website, as well as offering ongoing website hosting, maintenance, and support.

The project will involve a detailed review of the existing website, including its content, analytics, SEO performance, and user experience. The vendor will define website goals, KPIs, and success metrics, and produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that reflect brand guidelines. Accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards is required, along with a comprehensive content audit and migration plan. Cross-browser and device testing will ensure a seamless user experience. The vendor will optimize site content for SEO, conduct keyword research, set up metadata for search and social sharing, and align all materials with brand messaging.

Custom theme and template development for WordPress and Drupal is expected, as well as integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and customer-service chatbot functions. Additional requirements include integrating email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo), developing video content pages, and enabling API integrations for social media and analytics.
