(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting, implementation, migration and update service. • Perform an audit of the website's content and deliver a strategic roadmap with design concepts that college will use for future implementation phases • Content updates, accessibility remediation, security or performance enhancements, CMS configuration, or post–launch corrections. • Conduct a deep–dive audit of all website content, structure, and navigation. • Evaluate the current website experience across UX, accessibility, technical performance, mobile responsiveness, and audience needs. • Develop a future–state roadmap with sequencing, timelines, and resource requirements. • Develop SEO and findability strategy, especially considering the rise of AI. • Website development or coding. • Content migration execution. • CMS configuration or customization. • Content creation or rewriting • Proposed website design process: user experience (UX), accessibility, and mobile–first design. • Innovation: Use of analytics, AI, or tools to enhance engagement and usability. • Storyboarding potential user journeys for various audiences including personas and journey maps for key external audiences • Produce recommendations on navigation, content organization, workflows, engagement strategies, accessibility, and analytics.
