Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting and implementation using content management system. Provider to design and implement an accessible, user–friendly, secure, and responsive website that guides customers through the selection process for registration forms based on their requirements and includes a form builder assistant to provide real–time guidance, tooltips, and checklists to assist customers in completing the forms correctly. The website should select and display relevant checklists based on user input, guidance to avoid common errors relevant to the form, and suggest required documents to be lodged with the form. UI suggests appropriate supporting documents and checklists for submitting correct forms. Prompt the user to print the form and the lodgement checklist when form is fully completed. CMS must be enterprise level, open–source, non–proprietary. The UI must be responsive working across various platforms, devices, screen sizes and browsers. The UI must align to branding and provide a seamless user experience when transferring to and from the website. The solution should allow editing for specified parts of the form only, with fields being mandatory prior to completion. CMS should only be able to be accessed externally by using Multi Factor authentication or by alternate secure means which should be defined.
