The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services' Office on Women’s Health is seeking information from qualified vendors for website design, development, and maintenance support services for the WomensHealth.gov platform and its associated digital products. This initiative aims to ensure effective platform operations within a cloud-hosted environment, coordinated through HHS/OASH and the Unified Web Platform team.

Vendors would provide comprehensive services including CMS support, code maintenance, performance monitoring, security compliance coordination, and governance support. The scope covers agile web development, front-end and back-end coding, API creation, platform integrations, and continuous feature enhancements. Additionally, the support includes human-centered UX/UI design, Section 508 accessibility compliance, usability testing, analytics analysis, and outreach through digital communication campaigns and virtual health events.
