The new system must include secure links to an external portal for licensure applications and license verification, offering reliable access while maintaining robust security protections and compliance with all relevant data privacy standards. Migrated and validated content from the existing website is required, along with accessibility features such as full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, proper color contrast, and accessible form fields. Licensure-related workflows—including applications, renewals, disciplinary information, and public license verification—must be fully accessible.

The website will also feature a centralized, searchable document repository, organizing materials by type, topic, date, and intended audience. Vendors must maintain appropriate security and environmental controls, provide 24x7x365 hosting with technical support, describe the hardware infrastructure, deliver a secure network environment, and ensure sufficient bandwidth and redundancy. The contract period is one year.
