(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and e–ticketing system– The modernization of these systems through a digital platform is a key step toward improving operational efficiency, visitor experience, and sustainable revenue generation for conservation efforts.• Develop a public–facing website for the Department of Forest Conservation.• Develop a ticketing and visitor management platform with the following components:– Visitor Portal: Enable visitors to view locations, purchase entrance tickets, make reservations, and pay online.– Admin Portal: Enable authorized staff to manage visitors, reservations, and revenue records.– Location Reservation Module: Allow booking and management of lodges, camping sites, or other facilities within the parks.– Revenue Management Module: Provide real–time monitoring, analytics, and reporting on income generated.
