(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and e–commerce setup service. – To provide undercapitalized entrepreneurs with a mobile–optimized, professionally designed website aligned with their business stage and digital maturity. • Conduct needs assessment to match the entrepreneur with the appropriate package. • Document business goals, desired site features, and content assets. – E–Commerce Setup (Existing Business Package Only) • Add product listings (up to 10), secure checkout, and automated confirmation emails. • Set up payment gateway and test transactions. – Website Design & Development • Create a custom–branded, mobile–responsive website layout. • Ensure user–friendly navigation and alignment+ – CMS Setup & Training • Install CMS (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace). • Provide instructions or training to ensure the entrepreneur can update site content independently. – SEO and Analytics Integration • Apply basic to advanced SEO settings depending on package level. • Install Google Analytics or platform–level tracking for site traffic.
