(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, develop, hosting, implement, maintenance and update service using WordPress content management system. • Website development companies to design, develop, implement, and update websites with the overall aim of improving our online presence, visitor experience, and the ease with which staff can post to the site. • Designing site navigation and page wireframes and mock–up. • Improve sites’ Search Engine Optimization (SEO). • Installing and customizing a Content Management System (Wordpress.org or other CMS) that would best address the needs of our sites and allow for easy updating by staff. • Updating website functionalities such as enhanced search features, embedded videos, interactive calendars, online mapping applications (including Story Maps), visitor subscribe to lists, and mail to links • Migrating and adding content: assisting staff with some or all the transfer of current site content into the new format and the addition of plan documents. • Recommending a protocol for evaluating our site’s utilization. • Recommending options for website hosting.
