Vendor needs to provide website design, develop and implementation services using wordpress CMS. Design and develop a new standalone website dedicated to showcasing the University’s online programs, which at this time includes, Online Degree programs, Online Certificates and Micro-Credentials. The goal is to create a visually engaging, mobile-first website that serves as a recruitment engine and a unified public-facing platform for all online offerings. Site must be built in WordPress. Use modern, platform-agnostic standards. Include a search tool that allows users to search for programs and sort program details based on user preference. Support AI and geo-targeting plugins. Include analytics tools (traffic, engagement, visitor behavior). Include calendars, event modules, news feeds, signup forms, and chatbot functions. Support social media and SEO best practices. Allow staff-managed content updates and dynamic form creation. Allow for the creation of program pages that are searchable within the website. Support multiple languages. Provide intuitive navigation and strong search functionality. Integrate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce.
