A qualified vendor is sought to design, develop, and build a modern, state-of-the-art website that serves New York's coastal communities. The new website must effectively represent the organization's mission, values, and impact, utilizing an iterative development process responsive to the needs of staff, partners, and the coastal communities served.

The website should be modern, responsive, and feature an intuitive interface that is accessible to a broad audience, including residents, practitioners, municipalities, educators, students, researchers, and policymakers. A key component of the site will be its ability to integrate and present research, extension, and education efforts, as well as to function as a searchable hub for resources, events, and opportunities. Vendors are encouraged to submit all questions pertaining to the project by January 15, 2026.
