(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and development services. 1. Website Rebuild & Technical Architecture – Design and build a new WordPress website and backend architecture, replacing the existing platform – Configure the site to support performance, accessibility, security, and long–term maintainability – Establish a technical foundation capable of supporting dynamic content, trackers, and future growth 2. Content Audit, Information Architecture & Taxonomy – Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing website content – Assess content quality, relevance, duplication, and structure – Recommend and support approaches for archiving, consolidating, or sunsetting outdated content – Design and implement an improved information architecture and taxonomy to support navigation, filtering, and search 3. Trackers, Databases & Dynamic Resources – Review agency existing trackers and data–driven resources – Recommend and implement modern, stable, and maintainable approaches to support these tools – Ensure trackers and databases are fully integrated into the new site’s structure, taxonomy, and search functionality 4. Search, Filtering & Content Discovery – Design and implement robust internal search functionality across content types – Configure filtering and sorting mechanisms to support discovery of publications, trackers, databases, and other resources 5. Subdomain Development (uscnl.icnl.org) – Design and build uscnl.icnl.org as a dedicated subdomain within the new site architecture – Ensure shared infrastructure, taxonomy, and governance while allowing for distinct messaging and branding – Support future flexibility should the subdomain later migrate to a standalone domain 6. User Experience & Visual Design – Design a clear, accessible, and user–centered interface for the new website – Apply a consistent visual design across the main site and subdomain – Ensure responsive performance across desktop and mobile devices (2) All questions had been due on January 20, 2026.
