An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, and ongoing support services. The scope of work includes the delivery of a proposed website design, complete with a site map and wireframes that detail the intended structure, navigation, layout, and user interface functionality. The design must enable users to easily locate information, access e-services, and utilize a contact management system for submitting inquiries.

Vendors are expected to present a suite of page design templates that align with existing branding, incorporate infographics, facilitate contact management, support e-service interfaces, and offer integration with video and blog features. The templates should be modern, clean, and consistent in visual style, utilizing ample white space for clarity. Development of the website may occur on open-source platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or proprietary solutions, but must strictly adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Post-development requirements include producing a comprehensive website user guide, configuring analytics and reporting—such as Google Analytics for traffic and visitor metrics, and reports tracking user inquiries and responses. The finalized site map should also be submitted to Google for indexing. Additionally, the selected vendor will coordinate and deliver post-launch support that includes dedicated hours each month, scheduled meetings focused on tracking issues and progress, as well as mentoring and troubleshooting for staff for a six-month period. Options for ongoing hosting and cybersecurity support on a monthly or annual basis will be required for the duration of the contract.
