(1) Vendor needs to provide website consolidation, upgrade, design and development service. – Provide intuitive website navigation, and demonstrate the technical ability to provide real–time schedule information and connect to a variety of back–end software. – Website redesign shall be inclusive of services offered and scheduling, regional partner and stakeholder initiatives, public engagement, ecommerce and corporate information that enhances the overall customer experience. – The design comps should not only reflect the design of the site but also represent the users’ experience on the website. – The website must be a responsive website designed for compatibility with smart phones, tablets and PCs alike. – The contractor will develop a sitemap and wireframe to assist in visualizing the structure of the website, including a mobile version. – To service, regional planning and engagement and consolidating service planning features and data integration into one system and website. – Web site design and development. – Website testing and optimization. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on November 05, 2025.
