A vendor is sought to provide website consolidation and redesign services utilizing the WordPress content management system. The project involves designing and developing a new WordPress website that consolidates several existing program-specific sites into one unified digital platform. The solution must employ a visual builder or framework, such as Divi, Elementor, Bricks, or an equivalent, to empower agency staff to manage, update, and expand the website internally after launch.

Key project requirements include compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards, full bilingual support in English and French, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration and implementation, and Salesforce integration to support marketing, development, and alumni engagement (with no pre-existing integration). The selected vendor will conduct a comprehensive audit and analysis of the main site’s structure, content, functionality, and user experience. Tasks also include developing wireframes or prototypes for essential pages, optimizing navigation and user interface, configuring GA4 (including event and conversion tracking), simplifying and migrating content, and coordinating the site’s launch.

In addition, the vendor will provide training and handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition for agency staff.
