The City of California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website and mobile application replacement services. This project aims to modernize and unify the City's digital presence by implementing a mobile-first website solution and a new service request management system. The new platform should offer a seamless experience for residents, businesses, and developers, ensuring consistent branding, interfaces, and integration across all City departments.
